You might have noticed that I haven't posted anything here for a long time (or you might not, those are the two options) so if you've stumbled here looking for new art you should probably check out my facebook page where I've been posting new (better) stuff for a while.
Pints and Pencils again this week. Warmed up with a quick Iron Fist drawing:
My entry for the competition was a little more rushed than usual. I asked if we could do some kind of comic and Will decided we should do an origin story for an entirely original superhero. I quite like this and may clean it up and ink it at some point.
Also here's a couple of things I did recently that I haven't posted yet.
First up the profile picture I drew for the new Pints of Cake collective/website I'm going to be contributing to:
and a picture I drew for a friend. She pronounces 'penguin' to sound like 'pinguin' and I presume this is what she's talking about:
It's been a while since I updated this so here's a bunch of stuff that I've been doing.
First up, my entry for Pints and Pencils yesterday. I won £20 to spend at Travelling Man for drawing Iron Man as a jellyfish.
Next a drawing of Barry the Insomniac Dragon from Seth and Ghost that I did for a friend who likes dragons. This is also the first time I've drawn him with anything other than his head and arms showing. I'm quite happy with the design.
and finally an assortment of pandas for a friend who loves pandas.
Steve and Pyramid Cat as Pandas:
and the hideous evolution of the common panda (this one was for my own amusement, she didn't like it):
The fourth chapter of Ghost Foetus, and the end of this first stage of the story is now here.
I'm going to take a break from the adventures of Amy and myself for a while and work on finishing the Hamilton Rook story that I started in the two issues of Imaginary Stories. Don't worry though, I will return to Ghost Foetus soon enough.
You can also read some extra strips outside of the main storyline here and see some disturbing fan art here.
